UPDATE: April 8 2026 6:35pm
Rules in Saugerties have changed and the Town website has not been updated. The new rules state that notices should be sent out 14 days before the date of a meeting. The Planning Board secretary indicated that letters of notification were sent Monday April 6th.
Here are two images sent to us showing the full text of the new notification rules.

The project has a new name: “Monthy Woodstock Nine”. You can see the “About” page for it here: https://www.solohs.com/about-project. (Accessed and archived April 8 2026). There appears to be no mention of the project actually being in Saugerties.
A FOIA has been submitted to the Board, asking for all new submissions in advance of the April 21st meeting. Documents will be published here when they arrive.
It appears that SOLO is proposing to keep their appointment for the April 21st Planning Board meeting.
SOLO has not fulfilled the requirement (20 days) for proper public notification of new meeting and the continuing Public Hearing.
At the November 2025 Planning Board meeting, the Board very particularly said that whenever the Public Hearing continued, the applicant should re-notify. https://saugertiesny.gov/application/files/8517/6599/4171/November_18_2025_-_Meeting_Minutes.pdf
Planning Board rules say that letters should go out at least 20 days before the meeting (https://saugertiesny.gov/government/planning-board)
As of this date (April 8 2026), no such letters have been received by at least four of the neighbors polled.
