SOLO HS was scheduled to continue their Public Hearing at the July 21 Saugerties Planing Board meeting. At the applicants request, the Public Hearing was suspended until the September 15th meeting. The Board voted to approve the suspension.
Reasons for the request were not immediately apparent to us. We suppose that the developers and engineers are awaiting comments from Town engineers and perhaps also responses to the extended SEQR and SWPPP processes.
